Northern Michigan lakes, rivers and golf galore. Lake Bellaire is part of the renouned lower Chain O' Lakes which encompasses Torch Lake. This pristine fishing and all sports lake is nestled between the hills of Shanty Creek and the eastern shores of Torch Lake. This provides our guests with full day boating experiences down the Grass River and exploring Torch Lake, and other lakes. Golf at four of Michigans best northern courses just minutes from the cottage. The quaint town of Bellaire has fine dining, a home make ice cream parlor, and several must explore shops. For the adventurer Traverse City, Petoskey and Mackinaw Island can all be enjoyed as a day trip.
